Morning: introduction to orienteering in an urban environment. On foot (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.), meeting at 8:45 a.m. at the tourist office.

Afternoon: on foot or by bike, take to the woods to find the markers. ( 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) Meeting at 1:45 p.m. at the tourist office.
