I'm a qualified mountain leader, with a CQP in orienteering and a certification in health sports. I offer à la carte itinerant stays (refuges), women's treks, bivouac outings, day hikes for young and old, and orienteering/mapping (from beginner to probationary level).

I'll adapt to your level and your desires so that you have a wonderful time in nature.

I'm also sensitive to our bodies, our best tools for getting around, and regularly include muscle-building exercises in my outings.
